Should I get K2 + D3 or K2 alone?
If you already take a separate vitamin D3, our K2 MK-7 is all you need. If you'd rather take one capsule for both, K2 + D3 covers it.
What's the difference between MK-4 and MK-7?
Both are forms of vitamin K2. Ours is MK-7, the form listed on the label, at 180 mcg per capsule.
I take a blood thinner. Can I take this?
Vitamin K can affect blood-thinning medication such as warfarin. Talk to your doctor before taking it.
